Our Christmas competition (2016) entitled ‘Pet Pressies’, encouraged entrants to share their ideas for Christmas gift ideas for their pet/s.
Scooooooot!
There were some fabulous entries, inclduing a novelty cat feeding maze, blankets, toys, doggy Christmas stockings and ‘wobbly’ feeding toys!
The winner, chosen by our judge on Christmas Eve, was Lucy James, who had bought a ‘dog scooter’ for her two exercise-loving dogs. Her and her partner are working hard to train them to pull the scooter safely, involving learning commands such as ‘left’, ‘right’, and hopefully – ‘STOP’!
Brilliant idea
We thought it was a brilliant idea – keeping the dogs fit, and everyone outside and having fun whilst also learning a new skill. Hopefully we’ll be able to share an update with you soon, as Lucy’s dogs’ skills become even more refined!
Lucy won a £10 Amazon voucher to buy some extra ‘stocking fillers’ for her dogs.
