Emma’s interests are very varied, but you will find her most at home in the operating theatre where she enjoys all aspects of anaesthesia and patient care. When not in theatre she can be found in the consulting room, advising clients on all aspects of preventative healthcare.
Emma began volunteering in 2013 for the BVNA as the Welshpool Regional Coordinator and BSAVA CYMRU/Wales Committee, where she organises CPD for both vets and nurses within her local area. Emma has completed a three year term as the treasurer for BSAVA CYMRU/Wales and now sits on the BSAVA Membership Development Committee. Emma also writes a variety of articles for the Veterinary Nursing Times.
During her spare time, Emma spends time with her partner Andrew, son Evan and menagerie of pets. She enjoys motorsport and photography. Emma has recently begun a small photography business offering outdoor family and pet photoshoots.
